The rain gauge — bars, not a line

Taps out of the rain pill. The next hour drawn as bars: each bar is a slice of time, its height and brightness are how hard it rains at that moment, so heavier rain stands taller and glows brighter. A read-head sits on the current minute, only a touch taller than the bar it is on, and you can drag it across the hour to read any minute. Drag it below.
